Adam became a personal trainer in 2011 after spending several years in the music industry. While pursuing this career, he had the opportunity to work with several clients on the autism spectrum. These sessions were particularly enjoyable because it allowed Adam to witness genuine transformations in people who had no frame of reference for their own hidden athletic talents.
In 2017, Adam’s 4-year-old son, Parker, was diagnosed with autism. After years of trial and error, Adam learned that therapy and regular exercise allowed Parker to thrive. Adam realized that what he learned with his own could be used in a training environment to help others. When he heard about Special Strong, he knew it was the perfect place to put what he learned with his son into practice with others.
When Adam is not working, he and his wife Anne are usually chasing their sons Parker and Max around the playground.
