Special Strong Milwaukee North Shore Grand Opening
Special Strong is opening in Milwaukee North Shore, bringing adaptive fitness to children, teens, and adults with adaptive needs. Join owner Tim Mitchell at First and Bowl in Wauwatosa for an evening of adaptive fitness demos, games, food, and community.
Special Strong is built around the athlete in front of us. Our trainers adapt every workout, every piece of equipment, and every session to each athlete's goals, so athletes build strength, balance, and confidence at their own pace.

- Registration is free and helps us plan for every guest
- First and Bowl is an indoor venue, so the event goes on whatever the weather
- Parking lot and street parking are available

Games, Food, and Fun
Try Football Bowling, Basketball Connect 4, indoor pickleball, wiffleball, and cornhole. First and Bowl serves pizza and appetizers, and Special Strong brings the snacks and desserts.

Owner, Special Strong Milwaukee North Shore
Tim is the sole owner of Special Strong Milwaukee North Shore. He has recently completed the ISSA certification to become a personal trainer. He plans to launch Special Strong Milwaukee North Shore with a grand opening on October 17, 2026.
