We know inclusive fitness options can be hard to find, especially for individuals with special needs. That’s why we’re here. At Special Strong, our mission is to empower children, adults, and veterans with mental, physical, and cognitive challenges through adaptive fitness. And now, we’re bringing that mission to life in Folsom and surrounding areas.
