Behavior Pioneers Offers ABA Therapy – Focused on Improving Specific Behaviors

According to psychology today, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a type of therapy that focuses on improving specific behaviors. These include social skills, communication, reading, and academics as well as adaptive learning skills. Among these skills are fine motor dexterity, hygiene, grooming, domestic capabilities, punctuality, and job competence.

ABA offered by Behavior Pioneers is effective for children and adults with psychological disorders in a variety of settings. These include schools, workplaces, homes, and clinics. Studies show that consistent ABA can significantly improve behaviors and skills and decrease the need for special services.

Using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis, at Behavior Pioneers our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts work with each family. Their goal, to create individualized goals and behavior intervention plans that are specific to each child’s needs. The focus of therapy at Behavior Pioneers is to increase skills and decrease challenging behaviors.
